Some may wonder why I have gravitated towards Wake Surfing to compliment my training for Skeleton.
1) It is perfect active recovery because it is low impact.
2) It requires similar total body awareness as well as maintaining the right balance point.
3) Matching pressures in the corner to achieve an ideal line is similar to matching pressures on the wake to stay in the pocket of power!
