I want to share everything I know and continue to learn about High Performance, Self Awareness, Fitness and High Quality Nutrition.  I want everyone that visits to walk away with the knowledge and resources to apply the techniques in their own Journey.  You don’t have to be an athlete or a business person; you WILL benefit from applying these simple techniques.

Everyone has their own path and everyone has the potential to experience Greatness in their own way.  I have spent the last 5 years dedicated to becoming better everyday.  The principals and techniques have made me a better human being, father, husband, athlete and businessman.  Find the Harmony in everything that you do and you will find that everything you do becomes Simple.  When I say simple, I don’t mean easy because it takes a lot of focused effort to progress, however you will see rewards in your Health and Happiness.

I usually post on Monday’s so you will have something to look forward to instead of dreading the most lamented day of the week.  I want to make you feel like one of my favourite NOFX songs “Thank God Its Monday!” and give you something to help you have a better 7 days.

I will do my best to substantiate everything and provide enough clear and concise detail so that you dont have to go searching much further to experience or use the technique.  If you are a new visitor and the site has been up for several months then please start at my first post because I will start with simple fundamentals.
